We'd like to thank all our players who have supported us and helped us test and improve District 187! We are happy and excited to announce the launch of District 187. In addition to opening the doors to all comers we have also released a major game update. You can read below to see all the changes!
- Added the AWM 300. This high-powered sniper rifle is perfect for your all-around sniping play.
- Added the VZ Twin. A new sub-machine gun duo with blasting power for days.
- Added the OP-C03 sight.
- Added the SS-102 silencer.
- Added the WR-03 flashlight.
- Added the SS-103 silencer.
- Added the DS-01 dot sight.
- Added the Duck Family decal.
- Added the Scream of Dead decal.

Major Updates:
We've added 4 new game maps with 2 new game modes including Boss Mode and Night Mode. We've also revamped the log in system to place you in a server closer to players close to you. And finally we've launched the cash shop with items you can use to boost your game to the next level!
New Maps:
- Added new Game Map: Shanty Town, which features the new Boss Mode: Wolf & Pig - SWAT and Gangsters go toe-to-toe to annihilate opposing bosses. Assume anything wearing a suit is to be killed on sight! Hint: Pig’s suit = SWAT boss. Wolf’s suit = Gangster boss.
- Added the new Game Map: Haven. Set in a cozy, serene mountain town with ample parking day or night. This Bomb map brings the Street Fight to the Suburbs and will leave your enemies pleading for their lives.
- Added the new Game Map: Downtown. Search for the unspeakable in this abandoned factory in the center of the city. The safety of precious evidence looms in the ability of teams to strategically carry out bomb detonation tactics.
- Added the new Game Map: The Slums (Night). Grab some flashlight modifications and have a fun-filled killing spree in the dark. The popular District 187: Sin Streets map turns out the lights, making even the most skilled players retool their plan of attack.

- We've added a new ping gauge to each server so players can better determine how well their connection speed to each server is.
- Adjusted the login system to immediately send players to the channel and server with the best ping for them.
- The Item Shop and Inventory pages now show the EXP and Gold bonus your costumes and avatars give you.

- Added the Riding Leather Costume Set (Gangster). The bikers are finally representing! Each piece comes with an XP boost for it's duration.
- Added the GIGN Costume Set (S.W.A.T.). This new French police outfit is perfect for standing out in a crowd. Each piece comes with an XP boost for it's duration.
- Added the Troll Mask (Gangster and S.W.A.T.). Everyone wants to be a troll sometimes...
- Added the Meat Axe. Hack your enemies to bits with this new melee weapon.
- Added the Mr Mad Avatar (Gangster). This new Gangster is ready to take all comers and gives you a 3% boost to XP and Gold earned.
- Added the Jin Avatar (S.W.A.T.). Check out this new urban officer who gives you a 3% boost to both XP and Gold earned.
- Added the 50% XP Boost item. This item gives you a boost to all XP earned for it's duration. This stacks with costume and avatar bonuses.
- Added the 50% Gold Boost item. This item gives you a boost to all gold earned for it's duration. This stacks with costume and avatar bonuses.
- Added the Reset Clan Record item. This item will reset your clan's Win/Loss record.
- Added the Clan Mark Change item. This item will allow you to create or change your Clan's Mark.
- Added the Clan Name Change item. This item will allow you to change your clan's name.
- Added the Reset Package item. This package comes with the, Name Change item, the Reset Kill/Death item and the Reset Data item.
