We have noticed a lot of issues with users who have Yahoo email accounts. We would like to suggest to you to use or create a different email address for your Netmarble account. 

To insure you receive all accouncements and event notifcations, it is crucial for you to consider changing your email at this time. 

Below are the proper instructions on how to easily change your email information:

1. Sign in under the Netmarble site
2. Select My Account in the upper right corner
3. Select Change Email at the bottom of the page
4. Enter your password and new email address for the verification process
